I offer anxiety therapy in Harley Street, London and online, helping clients reduce stress, overthinking and emotional overwhelm using EFT tapping and Cognomovement.

With over 20 years’ experience in counselling and transformational coaching, I offer a calm, focused and effective approach to change.

It’s completely natural to have questions before starting something new. Below are some of the most common things clients ask before beginning.

How quickly will I notice a difference?

Many clients notice a shift within the first session, particularly in how they feel emotionally and physically.

For some issues, one or a few sessions may be enough. For more complex or long-standing patterns, a series of sessions can be helpful.

We always work at a pace that feels right for you.


Do I need to talk about everything in detail?

No.

One of the benefits of EFT and Cognomovement is that we don’t always need to go into detailed descriptions of difficult experiences.

We focus on what you’re feeling in the present moment, working gently with your system to process and release it.


Is this approach safe?

Yes.

The work is gentle, structured and guided. You remain in control throughout, and we only go as far as feels comfortable for you.

My role is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel safe to explore what’s coming up.


What if I feel overwhelmed during a session?

This is something I’m very mindful of.

We work carefully and at your pace, and there are ways of reducing intensity if anything feels too much.

Most clients find that the process actually helps them feel calmer and more settled.


Do I need any prior experience with EFT or Cognomovement?

Not at all.

You don’t need to know anything in advance. I will guide you step by step through everything we do.


Can I use these techniques on my own?

Yes.

Many clients find it helpful to use simple versions of EFT between sessions to manage stress or anxiety in daily life.

I can show you how to do this in a way that feels easy and practical.


Are online sessions as effective as in-person sessions?

Yes.

Online sessions via Zoom are just as effective for most people, and many clients find them more convenient and comfortable.
