I offer anxiety therapy in Harley Street, London and online, helping clients reduce stress, overthinking and emotional overwhelm using EFT tapping and Cognomovement.

With over 20 years’ experience in counselling and transformational coaching, I offer a calm, focused and effective approach to change.

What to Expect in a Session

Sessions are calm, focused and guided at your pace.

You don’t need to know what to say or do—I will gently guide you through the process so you feel safe, supported and in control throughout.


How we begin

In your first session, we take time to understand what’s been going on for you and what you would like to change.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. We simply start with what feels most relevant or present for you.


How we work

I use a combination of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Cognomovement—two gentle, body-based approaches that work with the nervous system.

Rather than just talking about the problem, we work with how it is held in your mind and body, helping your system to process and release it.

  • EFT (tapping) involves lightly tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on an emotional issue. This helps reduce emotional intensity and create a sense of calm.
  • Cognomovement works with body sensations, eye movements and gentle processing to help the brain resolve and integrate difficult experiences.

You don’t need to learn anything in advance, and you will be guided step by step.
